From Jakarta to Seoul.

Ever since I was a kid, sales and marketing has always been my passion. I still remember when I was in elementary school, I sold some homemade snacks to my friends so that I can get additional pocket money. This passion affected my decision to go to Prasetiya Mulya Business School so that I can learn more about business. I did a variety of business projects every semester with my team and I was able to experience how to build a small business, how to manage it to make it sustainable and profitable in the long run. There were many resources available, and I learned a lot of new skills that became my foundation as a business person.

After I graduated from university, I have a desire to learn more and deeper about business, especially in international scope. Therefore, I decided to continue my master study at Ewha Womans University Graduate School of International Studies majoring in International Business. In a very diverse environment, I met many friends from different countries and learn deeper about business, trade, marketing from professors who are experts in their fields. It was here, in South Korea, that I learned that there was much yet to learn.

My adventure in South Korea didn't end after I received a master degree. I got to put all my knowledge and experience in my position as a global business development staff at Caolion Cosmetics. I was in charge of managing our most important account, the world's biggest beauty retailer, Sephora. I was responsible for managing Caolion brand at Sephora Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, India, Australia, and New Zealand. We worked together with Sephora to successfully launched Caolion brand at Sephora India and Indonesia in 2019. We also sponsored ‘Jessica Jung Fan Meeting in Thailand’ on October and did online marketing which generated 800% revenue increase at Sephora Thailand. It was really a valuable experience and achievement for me and through this job, I learned a lot of things and make many valuable connections in the industry.

In summer 2020, I started new journey in IT industry as global business consultant at Solidware. We tackle many problems related to various industries'​ data analysis through our Machine Learning based solution, DAVinCI LABS. We are offering the ‘Next AutoML’ solution that goes beyond predictive modeling and provides various modules to optimize the decision. I am looking forward to grow with Solidware and contribute to its growth in global market.

I have found that nothing satisfies me more than meeting new people with diverse backgrounds, learning things from others' expertise or experience, solving problems through products or services, and contributing to the company through sales.
